My Story

Growing up in a small town on Vancouver Island, I left home at 15 to pursue new academic and athletic opportunities in Saskatchewan. It was there that my passion for health, fitness, and performance first began.

Upon graduating at 18, I moved east to begin my junior hockey career in Nova Scotia, where I spent the next three years developing both personally and athletically.

Knowing I wanted to prioritize my education within athletics, I returned west to Edmonton, Alberta to pursue and complete a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Alberta.

After completing my degree in the spring of 2026, I remain committed to continuing my education while helping others navigate their own health, fitness, and performance journeys.

My coaching philosophy is built around creating an environment where people feel both supported and challenged, where goals are taken seriously, communication is direct, and training is personalized.

I believe Energy, Effort, and Attitude are foundational pillars of long-term progress. Every program is designed around the individual’s goals, experience, lifestyle, preferences, and vision for themselves.

 

Whether the focus is performance, injury prevention and management, building strength, or developing confidence, coaching is adapted to be effective, sustainable, and realistic.

At the core of my approach is accountability, consistency, and helping clients build confidence that extends beyond training.
