My Story
Growing up in a small town on Vancouver Island, I left home at 15 to pursue new academic and athletic opportunities in Saskatchewan. It was there that my passion for health, fitness, and performance first began.
Upon graduating at 18, I moved east to begin my junior hockey career in Nova Scotia, where I spent the next three years developing both personally and athletically.
Knowing I wanted to prioritize my education within athletics, I returned west to Edmonton, Alberta to pursue and complete a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Alberta.
After completing my degree in the spring of 2026, I remain committed to continuing my education while helping others navigate their own health, fitness, and performance journeys.
